A communications plan enables you to effectively deliver information to appropriate stakeholders whether they are internal or external. Having a plan will help you identify the messages you need to promote, who you’re targeting with those messages, and with which method. Communication plans can be used in times of crisis, but they are also used when pitching new initiatives or launching new products.
